STUDENT SUCCESS PROGRAMS
Blended Learning Program
Due to COVID–19, blended learning centers are closed and will not be opening until further notice.
Blended learning provides peer-to-peer socialization, academic support from teachers and paraprofessionals, and a safe learning environment at two centers for our students in the Queen Creek and Kingman areas.
Choose from Three Blended Learning Options
Arizona-certified teachers and paraprofessionals tailor instruction to fit the unique learning needs of students in grades 4–12. Students access K12's engaging online curriculum and hands-on materials along with enrichment opportunities. Full-or part-time options are available:
Mondays and Wednesdays, 8 AM–12 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 AM–3 PM
- Part time:
Please speak with blended learning staff about your student's participation needs.
Blended learning centers are equipped with computers for participating students. Students are expected to bring their books with them each day as needed for the planned coursework. Each student is responsible for providing their own transportation to their scheduled blended learning sessions. We provide public transportation options for students in selected areas.
Specialized Support Workshops
Specialized workshops are geared to a specific academic focus such as online assignment help, Learning Coach assistance, and tutoring. All AZVA and ISAZ students are welcome. Visit the Blended Learning site to learn more.
When: Mondays and Wednesdays 1–3 PM
Join us on Fridays for extracurricular activities at one of our blended learning centers. All AZVA and ISAZ students are invited to participate. We'll have specific themes and many student-friendly, fun-filled events for all to enjoy! Check the calendar on the Blended Learning site for more info.
*Students interested in participating in the traditional option must first be enrolled in Arizona Virtual Academy (AZVA) or Insight Academy of Arizona (ISAZ). Once enrolled, students must fill out a participation packet and turn it in at the blended learning center. Students must obtain approval prior to starting. Regular attendance is required.
